Returns & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Retaining original tags and exclusive brand labels intact.
• In the original protective boutique packaging.

Once our quality control team approves the received item:

• The net refund (after deducting the shipping charge) is processed to your original payment mode.
• For COD orders, refunds are dispatched via Bank Transfer or secure UPI coupon.
• Refund typically reflects in 5-7 business days.

Please note that return and exchange courier costs are borne by the customer:

• Reverse Pickup Surcharge: A nominal shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable for reverse pickups across India. This amount is deducted from your refund value or collected before dispatching exchange shipments.
• Self-Shipping Option: You can also self-ship your parcel directly back to our central hub, with transit costs paid directly to your selected courier provider.
