For your absolute security and assurance, all orders and reverse exchange pickups are fulfilled via DTDC Express Open Box Delivery. This signature service allows you to inspect the boutique box contents directly at the time of delivery or reverse hand-over to confirm quality and product accuracy prior to standard acceptance.
No, we currently do not offer custom fitting or alteration services. All our garments are available in standard sizes as listed in our size guide. We recommend referring to the size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit. Changes or cancel parameters can be modified within 12 hours from completion, before your parcel is assigned to couriers. Reach out to our customer desk stating your registered email and checkout details for instant updates.
