Our garments use premium fabrics (including soft cottons, linens, and silk blends). Because of digital monitor brightness or hand-dyeing processes, minor shade variations or thread layouts may differ slightly from catalog photos.
Standard fitting patterns are aligned precisely with our published sizing tables. Please verify sizes before completing orders.
All prices listed on Kimakshi represent boutique retail pricing inclusive of statutory Indian GST levels. Shipping additions are calculated at checkout.
We hold our right to terminate 50% discount offers, campaign coupons, or specific clearance stocks without prior declarations, while respecting active checkout bills.
We do not accept returns. However, you can request an exchange for your product within 3 days of delivery. Your first exchange is completely covered by us (₹0 fee). Subsequent exchanges will carry a flat logistics charge of ₹100 deducted from your wallet balance.
Wrong Product Waiver: If we deliver an incorrect product or size, absolutely no logistics or shipping fees are charged.
Customers are requested to provide accurate billing addresses and active phone links for COD order verification. Fake contact registers, fraudulent discount codes, or abusive claim charges will automatically invalidate transactions and result in IP exclusions.
All shipments and returns are physically inspected via DTDC Express Open Box Delivery. Disputes shall fall uniquely under local state courts in India.
