Refund Process
Once our quality control team approves the received item:
- The net refund (after deducting the shipping charge) is processed to your original payment mode.
- For COD orders, refunds are dispatched via Bank Transfer or secure UPI coupon.
- Refund typically reflects in 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping & Logistics
Please note that return and exchange courier costs are borne by the customer:
- Reverse Pickup Surcharge: A nominal shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable for reverse pickups across India. This amount is deducted from your refund value or collected before dispatching exchange shipments.
